Winter Alishan Qingxin


Qing Xin is a very common varietal of tea used to grow oolong teas all over Taiwan. It yields a light and delicate but flavorful cup.
This oolong is grown and harvested at an elevation of 1,500m. It was harvested on November 10th, 2016.

Origin: Alishan, Zhuqi, Chiayi, Taiwan
Harvest: November 5th, 2016

6g of tea; 8oz of water
90 degrees celcius
