Black Tea

Black tea is a style of tea where the leaves are fully oxidized. Tea producers use different machinery and techniques to manipulate the enzyme in the leaves that causes the leaves to oxidize.

After the withering process, tea producers use temperature and different bruising techniques to control how fast or slow the tea gets oxidized.
