Fu Shou Shan Oolong
Fu Shou Shan is a tea producing area on Lishan, located at 2,000 - 2,100 meters above sea level. Lishan teas are regarded as being some of the tastiest high mountain teas being produced in Taiwan. Though, Fu Shou Shan in particular is regarded as an area known for some of the best. There is a government run farm and tourist center here, which I think is a big part of why it has become so popular. Though, there are smaller farms located in Fu Shou Shan that are owned and operated by individuals.
Mr. Yang produces our Fu Shou Shan with leaves he purchased from farmers at Fu Shou Shan. Though, we don't get ours direct from Mr. Yang, we do get it from some amazing producers that have a great long-standing relationship with him.
