Winter Alishan Jinxuan
Jinxuan is a cultivar of tea created by the Tea Research Extension Station in 1985. It is commonly used in Taiwan but it isn't as popular as the Qingxin cultivar. It was created because there was a need for a tea that was more disease resistant than the already commonly used Qingxin. A bonus is that it produces a higher yield, resulting in a cheaper price point for the consumer.
Our Jinxuan is grown at an altitude of 1,320 meters above sea level in Zhuqi Township.
